1Definitions & Scope of Terms

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions cover all aspects of using the dolar188 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, gaming, and all other forms of interaction with the platform. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines dolar188, all of which together form the complete agreement between the member and dolar188.

2Member Eligibility

3Registration & Account Management

The dolar188 registration process is designed to be simple and quick — most new members can complete sign-up in under 2 minutes. However, there are important requirements that must be observed throughout the lifetime of your account:

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to own and operate only one active account on dolar188. This includes using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods to create additional accounts. Multiple account ownership is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including cash and bonuses.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dolar188 platform are processed through secure, verified local Malaysian payment networks. The following deposit and withdrawal terms and procedures apply to all members:

Accepted Deposit Methods

Dolar188 accepts deposits through the following Malaysian payment methods only: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian bank transfers. The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for regular members, though higher amounts may require additional KYC verification.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are available to members who have completed basic account verification. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per request. Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the bank involved.

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the member's dolar188 account.
• dolar188 reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified threshold.
• Any outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal from the bonus balance can be made.
• dolar188 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, charges from the receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply.
• dolar188 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

Dolar188 offers a range of bonus and promotion programmes for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on their respective promotions pages on dolar188. The following general terms apply to all dolar188 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Rollover Requirement: All bonuses received from dolar188 are subject to rollover requirements before the bonus value can be converted to withdrawable cash. Rollover is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount received — for example, a 5x rollover on an MYR 100 bonus means you must place a cumulative total of MYR 500 in wagers before funds from that bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Bonus Validity Period: Each bonus has a stated validity period. Any unused bonus or incomplete rollover requirements within the validity period will expire automatically, and the associated bonus balance will be removed from the account without compensation.

One Active Bonus at a Time: dolar188 members may generally not redeem more than one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all such bonuses being forfeited.

Rollover Contribution by Game Type: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus rollover requirements. As a general guide, slots contribute 100%, Live Casino table games contribute 20%, and Sports Betting contributes between 50% and 100% depending on the market type. 6Game Rules

In both cases, the results produced are valid and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verifiable from the system logs.

The following terms apply specifically to the Sports Betting section:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances explicitly stated in dolar188's bet cancellation policy.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded in full.
• If a match begins but is not completed, the outcome is determined by the score at the time the match was stopped, provided the match had reached the minimum time stipulated by dolar188's policy to be considered valid.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds that apply are those recorded at the time of confirmation.
• In-play betting (during a live match) is subject to availability and limits that may differ from those applicable to pre-match betting.
• dolar188 reserves the right to void bets accepted due to a manifest error in odds determination, even after the bet has been confirmed.

8Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dolar188 platform. Involvement in any of these activities may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds:

9Account Closure & Suspension

Dolar188 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time with reasonable notice, or without notice in cases of serious terms violations. Situations that may result in account action include, but are not limited to, breaches of the terms set out in this document, failed KYC verification, closure requests by the member themselves, or instructions from relevant authorities.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected violation, dolar188 will conduct an internal investigation within a reasonable timeframe. During the investigation period, access to deposit, withdrawal, and gaming functions may be restricted. You have the right to submit a clarification and supporting documents to the dolar188 investigation team through official support channels.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting dolar188 customer support. All valid cash balances will be returned once the required verification process is completed. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.

10Liability Limit

The dolar188 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". dolar188 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

In all circumstances, dolar188's total aggregate liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage and use of your personal data by dolar188 is subject to Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and dolar188.

In summary, the personal data you provide to dolar188 is used to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraudulent activity, provide customer support, and fulfil legal obligations. dolar188 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12Amendments & Governing Law

Dolar188 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance purposes.

Your continued use of the dolar188 platform after any amended terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest version.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the dolar188 platform shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed procedures.
