Who We Are
Dolar188 was built with one clear purpose — to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online casino experience to Malaysian players. From Kuala Lumpur to Kota Bharu, we serve hundreds of thousands of active members who trust our platform every day.
Our Story
Dolar188 didn't start as a large corporation. It started with a simple question asked by a group of people who understood the online gaming industry — why was there no platform truly built for Malaysian players? One that understood local needs, used the payment methods Malaysians rely on every day, and delivered an experience that didn't require wrestling with an interface designed for a completely different market?
This is where dolar188 was born. With a core team of individuals experienced in technology, digital business, and the entertainment industry, we built a platform that isn't simply a copy of an international casino — but one genuinely created with Malaysian players in mind. From language options to deposit methods, from the games we feature to the promotions we design, every decision has been made with a deep understanding of what Malaysian players actually need.
Today, dolar188 is among the most actively used online casino platforms by Malaysian players. With over 500,000 registered members and tens of thousands of active players every day spinning slots, playing live Baccarat, betting on the Malaysia Super League, and enjoying everything else we offer — their trust is the greatest validation of what we have built.
Platform Advantages
More than just a large game catalogue — dolar188 builds a complete experience that makes every session more rewarding for you.
Dolar188 partners with over 20 international game providers, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Play'n GO. Our catalogue covers modern video slots, live baccarat with real dealers, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo, and Sports Betting — all in one easily accessible platform.
We know Malaysians stick with what's familiar — which is why Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks are all available at dolar188. Deposits clear in seconds, and e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. No complicated procedures, no long waits.
All games on dolar188 use an RNG (Random Number Generator) independently audited by international bodies to ensure true fairness. Every transaction is protected with banking-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal data will never be shared with any third party without your consent.
An RM 588 welcome bonus, weekly reloads, slots cashback, weekend Live Casino bonuses, and a VIP programme with exclusive perks — every dolar188 promotion is designed with real Malaysian players in mind, not just eye-catching numbers that are impossible to reach.
The dolar188 live casino section runs 24 hours a day, every day. Over 50 tables are active during peak hours, with professional dealers who can communicate in both Bahasa Melayu and English. Multi-camera HD video streaming ensures every round comes through crisp and clear, even on mobile.
Dolar188 believes entertainment should always stay enjoyable. We offer daily deposit limits, session loss limits, play-time reminders, and self-exclusion options — all accessible directly from your account at any time. Player wellbeing is a genuine priority here, not just something we say.
Our Philosophy
The online casino industry often carries a negative reputation — and some of that reputation is warranted. There are platforms that put profit above everything else, with near-impossible rollover requirements, convoluted withdrawal processes, and hard-to-reach customer support. dolar188 was built on an entirely different philosophy.
We believe the long-term success of a casino platform depends not on how much can be taken from players, but on how long those players stay and how many friends they bring along. The most sustainable business model is one where players genuinely feel treated fairly, trusted, and valued. This is the principle behind every decision we make at dolar188.
In the near term, dolar188's goal is to keep expanding the game catalogue by adding new titles from top-tier providers every week, while continuously improving the platform's technical experience — speed, stability, and interface — based on feedback from our members.
In the long run, dolar188's vision is to become the go-to platform for online casino entertainment in Malaysia — not because we are the biggest, but because we are the most trusted. That trust is built one interaction at a time — every time a player makes a deposit and finds the process seamless, every time customer support responds quickly and helpfully, every time winnings are credited right on schedule.
Dolar188 takes our social responsibility to the Malaysian player community seriously. We do not promote gambling to individuals below the legal age. Our platform is accessible only to users aged 21 and above, and age verification is built into our registration process.
We are also committed to identifying and supporting players who may show signs of problem gambling. The dolar188 customer support team is trained to spot concerning play patterns and reach out with relevant support information. Self-limit tools within your dolar188 account are free and always available — you can set deposit limits, loss limits, or take a full break at any time, with no barriers.
In the sporting context, dolar188 supports Malaysia's local sports ecosystem by giving dedicated coverage to the Malaysia Super League, badminton, and MPL esports within our Sports Betting section. We take pride in giving Malaysian sports fans a platform to make their viewing experience more meaningful and exciting, while championing interest in local sports.
The dolar188 platform is built on a technology infrastructure designed for stability, speed, and reliability. We run cloud servers with multi-zone redundancy to maintain over 99.9% uptime — so you can play without the risk of disruption during a crucial match or a great winning streak.
All games are delivered using HTML5 technology optimised for mobile — no special plugins required, no large downloads needed. The dolar188 platform runs smoothly on the mobile browsers of all major phones, whether Android or iOS, with a standard 4G connection being more than enough for a responsive, uninterrupted gaming experience.
Dolar188's payment system is directly integrated with Malaysia's leading e-wallet networks. When you deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow, the transaction completes in seconds with the same reliability as your everyday banking — no manual processing, no human verification required on our end.
All player funds are held in accounts segregated from the company's operating funds. This ensures your winnings are always available for withdrawal regardless of dolar188's business circumstances at any given time — your financial security is our absolute priority.
The most common complaint players have about other online casinos is slow customer support, scripted responses that go in circles, and no real resolution. Dolar188 built its customer support team to be nothing like that.
The dolar188 support team is made up of people who genuinely understand the games, the deposit and withdrawal process, promotional terms, and every technical aspect of the platform. They communicate fluently in both Malay and English, and are empowered to resolve player issues without having to escalate through layers of approval. Our average live chat response time is under 3 minutes, around the clock — we measure this consistently and hold it as a non-negotiable minimum standard.
For more complex matters such as account limit upgrades, game history review requests, or specific technical issues, the dolar188 support team follows a clear escalation procedure with defined resolution timeframes. We do not let support tickets go unresolved — every issue has an owner and a monitored closing date.
All dolar188 games use RNG technology audited by independent international bodies to ensure true fairness.
All personal data and transactions are protected with banking-grade encryption.
A rigorous identity verification process ensures only eligible users can register.
Member funds are held separately from operating capital — your winnings are always secure.

Core Values
Every platform has fine words about their values. At dolar188, these values are something you can put to the test — watch how we act when things get difficult, not just when everything is running smoothly.
Dolar188 bonus rollover terms are written in plain language. The house edge for every game is disclosed. Slot RTP is displayed openly. We don't hide behind small print designed to confuse.
Every product design decision at dolar188 starts with one question: "Is this good for the player?" If the answer is no, we don't do it — even if it means leaving short-term profit on the table.
There are no shortcuts when it comes to data and financial security at dolar188. 256-bit SSL encryption, player fund segregation, and independent audits are non-negotiable minimum standards.
We don't want addicted players — we want happy ones. Dolar188 actively promotes self-management features and provides support information for anyone who needs it.
Every product, promotion, and support decision at dolar188 is made with one primary market in mind — Malaysia. This is not a marketing slogan; it is a reality you can see in every aspect of our platform.

Trust & Compliance
Trust isn't something you can simply claim — it has to be demonstrated through consistent action over time. Here are the foundations of trust that dolar188 has built.
Every provider that partners with dolar188 holds a licence from a recognised international regulatory body. This means the games you play meet globally established fairness and security standards.
With over 7 years in operation, dolar188 has processed millions of deposit and withdrawal transactions. That track record — built on speed, accuracy, and reliability — speaks louder than any promise we could make.
With over 500,000 registered members and consistent month-on-month growth, the dolar188 community is one of the most active in Malaysia's online casino space — a genuine testament to player satisfaction and trust.
Dolar188 is not a platform that operates briefly and moves on. We have invested in local infrastructure, Malaysian payment provider partnerships, and a Malay-speaking support team — all reflecting our long-term commitment.
Dolar188 believes casino entertainment should always remain enjoyable and in control. We provide all members with a range of free self-management tools — including daily deposit limits, session loss limits, playtime limits, and the option to take a temporary break or close your account entirely if needed.
If you or someone you know may be experiencing gambling-related issues, information and support resources are available on our Responsible Gaming us. There's no shame in reaching out for help — it's a sign of strength, not weakness.
